How do I obtain a library card?
You may sign up for a card in person. You’ll need a photo ID with your name and current address, such as your driver’s license or state ID. Or bring in a photo ID without a current address, such as a driver’s license, state ID, school or work issued ID or consular ID, plus an official document that lists your name and current address. Examples include a voter registration card, mail postmarked within 30 days, utility bill or personal check.

What’s my password/PIN?
Your password/PIN is usually the last four digits of the telephone number you gave when you registered for your card. If you are unable to sign in using that, call us and we can update it for your.
How do I receive a replacement card or update my account information?
You can get a replacement card for a $2 replacement fee.
How do I reserve a library item?
You may request an item by clicking “Place Request” when searching the Monarch Catalog. We will notify you by telephone, e-mail or text when it is available for pickup. To place a hold by phone, call us at 920-269-4115.
Can I cancel a request or held item?
You may cancel an active request by logging into your account online. Once an item is held for pickup you may only cancel it in person or by phone (920-269-4115). Requested items are held for you for seven days.
How do I suspend/reactivate a request?
You may temporarily suspend some or all of your requests at any time by logging into your account. When you reactivate a request, it will return to the same position on the waiting list as before.
How do I renew items?
You may renew materials in person at our service desk, or by logging into your account online or by calling 920-269-4115.
You can renew all library materials, as long as no one else has placed a request on the item. Materials may be renewed twice, with each additional loan period beginning on the date the renewal is made.
Can I check my account in person or by phone?
You can check your account in person at our service desk and receive information on charges, lost materials, late materials, items checked out, due dates, renewals and reserves. You can also call 920-269-4115 during our regular hours. Please have your barcode number ready for the best service.
